Assurant Health offers affordable, customizable, and comprehensive high deductible health plans with HSA's.
Assurant also offers lenient underwriting, high deductible health plans, condition specific deductibles, and exclusion riders to help get you covered.
Also available is an optional 36-month rate guarantee, so your premium is locked in for three full years and a decreasing deductible, so if you don't meet your deductible for a full six months, your deductible decreases by 10% every six months until it is nearly cut in half.

High Deductible Health Plan
In order to participate in a health savings account and receive tax benefits for healthcare expenses, having a high deductible health plan is required.
High deductible health plans are plans with minimum deductibles of $1,200 for a single insured and $2,400 for family coverage. These are the minimum deductible amounts for 2010.

Humana has high deductible options ranging from $1,500 per person to $10,000 per family.
HumanaOne's most popular high deductible health plan is the Autograph Total Plus. This plan has 100% coverage after the deductible and prescription coverage once the deductible is met.
